Small Review - Planet Waves NS Mini

I don't know how much I can say about a headstock tuner but it's nice. It tunes just as well as my old snarks, is a lot smaller, and clamps onto the headstock a lot tighter so it isn't going anywhere. It also goes into this "standby" mode if you don't play for a few seconds where the screen turns off but as soon as you hit a note it tells you where your tuning is at. I don't think this is a big deal because you can just press the off button but I did leave a snark I had on for a couple days while I wasn't playing my acoustic. Don't know how much battery it took but it was lit up the whole time. Also seems to be a little more heavy duty plastic. That snark I mentioned I broke because it was on my bedroom floor and I guess it didn't like 250 lbs of me on it. :D I don't know how well this would hold up but it at least seems sturdier. Anyway, I like it. :)

(sorry to compare it to the snark but I have had a couple different brands of headstock tuners and the snark was the best... until now. ;) )
