Well, it was easy enough to plug in & set up. THe software and stuff looks pretty straighforward as well ..at least for basic operation. I had a few hiccups in that every time I switched between the six presets on the unit itself the volume would shoot up to the 0db default which means i had to record this clip with the amp turned down to about 2 and with the input gain on my interface at almost zero to avoid clipping when I switched ...(& it's still borderline clipping from being too high)
. If I was using just the one preset it would'nt be a problem though cause I 'd then adjust the levels in the Torpedo remote software to however loud I want it. It's just that the level shoots back up to zero db when I turn the knob for the next preset. Still don't know if/how I can set set some kind of lower unity level for all the presets.
Playing/switching between the 6 pre-loaded presets acessed from a knob on theunit's front panel. My finger's still screwed hence the forced tasteful self-restraint
