I was told to practice these things daily and try to learn a new one each week, by my guitar teacher at jazz camp...
here's the order in the clip with explanations:
they are all in Bb
up by third: Bb, D, C, Eb, D, F, Eb, G, F, A, G, Bb, A, C, Bb. reverse
fourth: Bb, Eb, C, F, D, G, Eb, A, F, Bb, G, C, A, D, Bb, Eb
Root, fourth, 7th. You get the idea by now.....just go up the scale
the first postion looks like this

you move your hand up the scale. Change the root. So your first root is Bb, then C, then D, then Eb, etc.....
