we held it in plymouth at the KoC on lilley at the railroad track north of ann arbor rd. we should be having another in about 6 months or so. i bet the turn out will be real good next time.

thats my testbed preamp. the preamp section is removeable, so i only have to fuss with a lightwieght section, not an entire rack/power supply.
its built out of a grass instruments AC amplifier, which came out of a grass instruments polygraph machine. the power transformer, the 2watt allen bradley pots, circuit board, and even some of the precision tresistors came out of that piece of equipment. it dates to the late 60's. it was a tube polygraph, so i got lots of selected telefunken 12ax7 and 12at7 out of it.

oh, that "pink thing" is an amplifier head. they sell them at music stores...:D
