Speaker question

Hi,
I know nothing about speakers. So: take 2 Celestion V-30's. Re-cone 1 of them with Tone Tubby "hemp" . I assume the Alnico magnet stays the same. Which one would be (or seem) louder standing about 20-30 feet away. They each would be loaded in a brand new Blues Jr.III. This has real world consequences for me. Same guitar exactly for each amp.

One thing I know is Vintage 30s come with a ceramic magnet. No idea about hemp coned speakers but imagine the smell when they burn up!
