Have 2 guitars with this pickup combo and really think these 2 pickups work VERY well together. However the Split tones together to my ear are just pure magic in particular clean.
My 1996 Carvin DC 400 with a Hybrid/ Sentient Split through my 1991 Carvin X 50 B Hot Rod mod head running a Boss CS 3 in the front and a Supernatural Verb in the loop.
