Suhr Hombre Speaker Swap

Greetings all~
I just received my almost new Hombre combo amp & i nearly **** & wet myself.... I always wanted a brownie Deluxe but could never afford one.

This thing is what I image the real deal to be....

I'd like to hear about any of your experiences with a speaker swap,, like a real GB, an EVH, Creamback? Webers? I like overdriven but Fender clean, as needed~

Alnico or Ceramic...? I'm simply the type that always pulls 70w speakers out of 20w amps,,, perhaps a dumb ritual, but it's what I do....

Any takers on this one?

Thnx, Kenny ॐ

Jeremy,, I actually have one, but it's a 55hz model & I was hoping to not mess with any potential low-end boominess, but I'd still give it a try,,,, What about a 20w EVH Heritage, or 25w GB...? When I had a brownie Princeton, it screamed with a 25w GB I had..... I just don't want to blow anything, & I'm not certain if Celestion pads their ratings at all.....
thnx

i like a g12m, have one in a custom amp. i wouldnt use a 20w evh in there unless you never plan to crank it. ive not tried the g12h30-55hz model in a brown deluxe, with coupling caps down the line, id think it might be ok

Thanks folks,, Am i correct in that It seems that aside from a Weber and 1 or 2 others, most are leaning on Ceramics for the task?

it depends on what you are going for. i love a 12a150 or 12a150t if you are going for a big jensen sound. and id probably go 12a150 over a g12m in this amp, but thats my taste.
