Does anyone have a diagram for a Super 5-way with:

1 - Neck
2 - Neck and Bridge in Series
3 - Neck and Bridge in Parallel
4 - Bridge
5- (off)

Thanks.

Re: Super 5-Way Switch

unless you particularly want an "off" position, that is the switching layout for a 4-way tele switch. probably an easier way to go for ya.

+1

Unless you use the "off" position a lot, having it on a five-way selector switch is asking for trouble. Better to go with Juanhanglo's suggestion and add a separate kill switch somewhere on your guitar.

Re: Super 5-Way Switch

The reason I want an off position is because I have 3 pickups. I want the seven options you can get with 3 pickups in both parallel and series. The way I've figured to do this is have the 5-way switch with the positions mentioned above and then have a separate on/off switch for the middle pickup and a switch to put it in series or in parallel.

If anyone has a better idea for this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys, for spending your time answering my question.

Take a look at Mike Richardson's design.

This one has 3 push/pulls and neck and bridge phase wired in on the tone pots.

Sounds to me as if you need to emulate the Fender S-1 switching employed on American Deluxe Stratocasters. (See the Fender/Mr. Gearhead support pages.)
