What happened? Looks like an absolute killer amp. I'd love to get inside one and "look around".
If this thing broke, first things first... was it a tube? Tubes go out and are meant to fail eventually.
How was the speaker? I see they went eminence.
SS broke down after 2 days! theres problems with these amps stay away

Really? It could easily have been a tube. If a light bulb burns out 3 days after you buy a lamp, do you say "stay away from that lamp"? Not to mention, that's what a warranty is for. Fender is 5 years new with 90 days on the tubes.
If it broke down, and then you took it back and got another and the next one broke, and then it cost you money to fix it, THEN I would say "stay away."

I had my own 12ax7's in there and I know when a tube blows. As soon as I turned it on I seen no lights on the footswitch then the drive channel lite wasnt on and no sound there, so the drive channel was out. Clean still worked and smelled electronic burn behind the drive channel. Guy at the store also told me they have issues with this amp.

I'll just wait to buy one then. Fender's been pretty good about *eventually* fixing problems in their initial production runs.
Or should they never get around to ironing those out, I don't need thick-azz gain, a DRRI and a tube screamer would be as b1tchin as I need.
