It's a Tube Screamer type pedal for pushing/tightening up and already gainy amp.

I don't know about it specifically but my T-Rex alberta is my favorite Tubescreamer, T-Rex Luxury Drive is my favorite pedal, and I miss my T-Rex Mudhoney
