Tascam CD-GT1 Guitar trainer experiences?

Does anybody own one of these or has anybody tried one? I'm trying to find out if they would play burned cd's before i pull the trigger on one, all my music is on my pc and would have to be burned to disc to practice with. Any info anyone has would be great. :fingersx:

A friend of mine, who's a bass player in a band, swears by them. I have it on good authority that I have one "under the tree". I'll give you a more up close and personal review in about a week.

i use the Alesis Playmate, which is a little more ergonomic. It plays burned CDs just fine.

Cool, i was going to use some x mas money to get one, they go really cheap second hand on e bay.

Cool, i've never heard of that one, i'll do a bit of research - try and find out the major differences.

I have one. No problem with burned CD's and mine is about 3 years old (hence "oldish" technology)

Santa must know where to get them, because he brought mine.........just in case this is important.
