Just got my les Paul back from the shop.
The d string slot was refilled and it seems like the other slots were "worked" to get to the right height.
I don't believe these strings heights are right though and I am particularly upset about the high e slot.
Options at this time are to go tomorrow and ask for the owner of the store to give his two cents on the quality of this work
Or take to different tech.
Personally i fee like they should bite the bullet and install a new nut altogether since they've made the graph tech I bought look like a piece of crap.
The "worked" areas don't even line up with the slots graph tech had!
These were not the issue! The only problem was that the d string was too low and now they have worn down so much of the original slots...
Low e nut action is too low
Looks like it was the string they least knew how to handle...
I mean I'm supposed to stand for this crap?
