Telecaster - 4-Way Switch Question

I have a nice 4-way switch that I want to use with a partscaster. I know how to wire it with a covered neck pickup; but not with an uncovered neck pickup. Can anyone help with this?

I think the only issue with covered Tele neck pickups is that you need to desolder the cover from the 'ground' side of the pickup, and give it an additional, separate grounding. With an uncovered neck pickup just wire it straight in. I've got a Fralin Blues Special pickup in my homemade Tele, and it works great.
