Help! are the bigsby tailpieces for telecaster any good?

I had one for a bit and loved it but didn't really like the guitar itself (if that makes any sense). In addition to here you might find some good info on tdpri.com and the Telemodders forum at http://www.aimoo.com/forum/freeboard.cfm?id=361709
The Bigsby changes the tone a bit but I think it's a cool, very usable thing. If I had another Tele I would be very tempted to throw a Bigsby on it.
