I did a search for Stramp and after wading through all the postage stramps that had been mispelled (REALLY!) I found a Stramp amp. Lew
I saw that one too. I believe it is a later one, I think Dynacord took over manufacture... Mine is a PCB build with a couple repaired traces. Not an amp I want to do much soldering in. If it holds up I am gonna have much love for it. Here is a lil tidbit from some net searching.
"stramp amps were manufactured by a guy name peter strueven, they are rare and delicious, rory gallager leslie west and a few others played them they are like super leads with alot more bass super bass i would think there cabs were wonderful and sounded as good or better than anything out there, ive owned a stramp head and cab that belonged to west via my bassist, the heads are industrial badd ass and im sorry i sold them years ago,i would imagine they are worth a few bucks to real collectors never seen any more of em around la again, they came in deep crimson red with black iron grill, west had several stacks and they sounded great,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"
