Welcome to The Well IX...this is The Well, TGWIF style

Thanks to Lew and Bruce for having me...

Im not sure how to follow the Collins brothers but I'll sure give it a shot.

Guitars, amps, effects, gig stories, bands (mine and others), home life, pets, cloths, my hats, whatever!

You guys know the rules so let's keep it clean and keep it fun.

With that said...I'll be here all week!

I sure do however I don't own one...right now!

Truth is when you really get an SG dialed in and sounding right I often prefer them to a Les Paul but to me it's easier to get a Les Paul sounding the way I want them to sound.

Who do you have to thank for your SD Forum addiction? hehe

If you could remove the guitar player from any of your favorite bands (within reason) and put yourself in their shoes, which band would it be? (can't be Clapton or ZZ Top)
How would you make that band better or different?

It was indeed good old Joe that brought me here!

If I could be in any of my fav bands...thats tough! I'd love to sit in with lots of guys I listen to but Im not sure I'd want to replace anyone...after all those guys make up the band.

It was cool to put a face to the name and to the playing after all this time Lew!

The only pics I have on my computer right now are from when forum bro Luke Duke and his wife came to the "A" for a little vacation earlier this year...here is me at a local spot having a cold one with some buds...B Bent and Luke Duke were here that night as well as Luke's wife and my girlfriend.

Don't say I didn't warn you!

I read a lot...even stuff that I might not really be interested on the surface, I'll read it anyway. If I buy a guitar or gear mag I'll read the whole dang thing just because the knowledge is there!! FWIW, I get 3-5 guitar/gear mags a month...thats a lot of useless knowledge! Plus I have spent a lot of my spare time since I was about 15 at music stores, recording studios, gigs, open mic jams and hanging out with other musicians...that helps a lot!

Wow! Maybe it should be a tradition that whoever takes over the Well should post a photo. I'll bet we'd all look so different in real life from what we'd imagined! (not better or worse...just different!)

I have learned a lot from "the guy who invented fire", I wish I had spent all that time making music or seeing and hearing it made. My question; On the island of chandelier,
what wattage bulbs do they use in their chandelier?
