Thoughts on the Ibanez AR-30

I played on one very simmilar to this a few weeks ago, and now an ALL-ORINENAL Ibanez AR-30 came up for sale !

THIS is the actual guitar for sale !!!


The seller says it is 100% stock - he is also the only ower - comes with the DiMarzio 70 pu's that is wired with phaze and splitt toggles (all stock features).


What is your thoughts on this guitar(s) ?

I could not find a single AR-30 on eVilleBay yesterday, but this one is going for $300.00 USD !!!
Albeit, no HSC.

I honestly don't recall any original Artist series Ibanez that came stock with Dimarzio's so this must be a newer issue?

Usually super 70s w/ the butterfly winged fingers covers

At any rate, looks like a good quality guitar, can't go wrong with an Ibanez

The Super 70s are a PAF-alike with an alnico 8 magnet. Bit more in the highs than a Seth or '59.

I'd jump on that quick if there's no glaring problems. You'd be getting aged woods and lots of added features for cheapy.

IMO, a new thread in the Trading Post will be infinitely more effective in attracting buyers than resurrecting somebody else's a five year old thread in this zone and then slipping your item in somewhere in the middle ... where almost nobody will bother to hunt it down.

Be direct.

Write your own snappy thread title. "Ibanez for sale, $n." Whack in some sharp photographs. Mention the extra pickups, a hardshell case and give an estimate for shipping costs. Simples!

Seriously, though. The best way to attract the attention that your guitar deserves is in the Trading Zone section.
