Yay or nay??
15w 12 inch speaker, All tube, Celestion Greenback Speakers. I'm opting for this, or a Laney LC15.

Any other input?

A friend has one, nice little amp , does sound pretty good when a person adds an extention cab of course. IMO if you want the best sounding low watt amp save up for a Fender type 5E3 (56 tweed deluxe) lots of kits out there to build your own, and makers that do not cost as much as the Fender RI. I had a Fender BJ(blues JR) and the Traynor I liked better. another good small amp is the Fender Pro JR. www.18watt.com
