Just order two new switches and pop them in. If you don't feel you can do it then take it to a guitar/amp repair guy and have it done. Its a cheap easy repair... if you have any skill with a soldering iron you can do it yourself.

I've used both the reissue TS9s and the 808 and have never had a switch problem with mine!
