Alrighty then! This is mah entry. 2004 Hamer Standard Custom. Inlays outsourced to Ron Thorn w/legal paperwork from Marvel Comics granting one-time-only likeness rights to the Punisher skull logo. I insure it seperately from my renter's insurance. LOL.

I was angling towards the natural explorer then saw this. You had me at 'legal paperwork from Marvel for the Punisher logo'

And now after seeing that, there's a cleanup on aisle three.

Yeah, I've since gone back to the nickel hw. The murdered out look was cool but the nickel is a bit classier and the top pops better. The funny part is that all the stuff in this thread is so badass, especially those flamey Riches and all your stuff, that I wouldn't stand a chance without it! Some awesome stuff in here, guys. I dig the diversity-shapes, solid colors/trans/flame/quilt, hardware, pickup configurations-as compared to the LP thread. There's so much win in this thread that Charlie Sheen is jealous.

That Hamer is almost exactly what Id want. Possible quilt top tho..and no emgs. But the black and all.. too bad the pun inlays are a one off. Suprised Gene doesnt have one with Batman logo inlays.

Can't get over no one commenting on the SN 002 Stealth?? It was the 2000 NAMM booth model introduction guitar and was a pre production proto. Dime got 01 and 03 I got 02.

Wish I could have played it..(better yet, bought it) My wm526 is a step above the MGs and you know how good those are. Im guessing this mustve been amazing! Sure was tuff lookin.

Honestly, it'd have Duncans if I knew of any small shaft pots that aren't junk. I just don't want to waller out the holes. Any mods I do *have* to be completely reversible. I'd love it with a zebra Custom/Jazz, but drilling the top is a deal-breaker for me.

Was perfection in fit and finish, the action was super low and she played like a dream except I could never warm up to that V neck profile. It was a tone machine and had an awesome thick woodie tone with sustain for days.
Heavy as heck though and didn't balance well on a strap. As a pure player my Pink Carvin X tore it a new one. This is the one you should play it is flat a bad bad boy! Super light and man what a neck there is a reason that this is the one pointy Carvin I have kept all these years.
