Hmm, they are called Top Hat knobs I think, every Gibson dealer should have them. They cost about 20-30dollars or so here
They are the ones you see on a Gibson Les Paul Custom John Sykes model
I like them alot, gives it a hotrodded yet still classic look

I've got gold top hats on mine, but the ones you have look more like SG knobs.
I love the pick guard on that. My Strat's a MIM as well -- quite the bargain, they are!

There might or might not have been extraterrestrial beings. I do not know, I do doubt they have visited earth though, if they do exist. I cannot say for sure.

My dream profession, hmm. Tough one.
I do think, if I had free choices and music was out of question, that I would be a soldier for the rest of my days. The dream would be to get accepted into our special forces here, the Hunter Corps, basically a danish equivalent of british Special Air Service, but who knows, it might happen for real. That would be my dream profession I think
I did go to a music school last year btw, from August to October. A few of us in the class quit early, as we were the first year on that school and half of the promised things were not setup etc etc. Plus I had a bad bout of tennis elbow in my right arm and tenosynovitis in both wrists. I had a hard time playing guitar for almost 4 weeks afterwards. That is what you get from overstressing your hands by playing 10 hours a day and being tense whilst doing it.

How do you like King Diamond and Mercyful Fate, being the danish one?
Why did you claim Pretty Maids as the first and most influential scandinavian/danish metal band when Mercyful Fate actually is both of those and really much better?
How do you like your SD/PafPro in your LP? Have you tried them split or parallel?

Pretty Maids was actually formed 6 monthts or so after Mercyful Fate, sorry for that one. Pretty Maids has been very influential on Danish metal, and in the Aarhus Death metal scene, I would be fairly confident to say, that they have been more influential than MF. But I might have been wrong? I never paid much attention to MF really, in the "big picture" Pretty Maids is still the strongest going of the two, up here at least that is
I really like SD/PAFpro combo. I dont like split humbuckers, so I havent tried that. I also dont have push-pull pots in it, so no parallel yet either.
I really like the fat warm sound of the SD. Total NWOBHM sound. PAF Pro sounds very Slash like actually, big fat and smooth
KGMESSIER --> Danish, Swedish, almost fluent in Norwegian (No new-norwegian though), German to a certain point (I cant write it fluently, but I can almost speak it fluently) and English.
