Vintage-style(Vintera II) Mustang switches

Hey!

I've had a Vintera II Mustang guitar for a bit, love it, but I do want to switch the pickups.

Specifically, to Strat Quarter Pounds, with a reverse pole type for the neck to keep the Mustang's hum cancelling.

However, would it still be possible to use the phase switches? I HEAVILY dig these as part of my Mustang, the ability to switch the pickups in and out of phase is very unique and useful to me, so I am wondering if I could do it with those pickups.

yes, you could still use the phase switches, no problem at all

As Jeremy said, yes. But when you reverse the polarity, you'll lose hum-cancelling. OOP works with humbuckers because they are self-noise-cancelling. But those singles won't be.
