Skarey, the WD sounds awesome. Do you have any clips of how it sounds in a heavier context?

I don't have any clips but I know alot of the metal kids love the thing. The range is what makes it attractive to me, it's downright versatile.

The Weeping Demon is catching my eye.

Has anyone played one that did not like it? An excellent pedal that nobody plays?!?! Am I missing something that is horribly wrong with the thing?

wah stuff

wah stuff

If you want something with all the possible features go with the Demon.

If you want something time tested durable and awesome, go with Dunlop.

I drive cars that don't have power locks or windows, gimme a dunlop.

Re: Wah Shootout 2006

My other guitarist uses a weeping demon. I have never seen a wah with so many options and tweakable-ness. It does sound very good too IMO. I havent had much experience with 'decent' wahs but for the money the Weeping Demon was cool. My mate paid £70 new for it which is about the same as a bog standard dunlop. No contest.

Personally though i prefer my Morley Bad Horsie 2. Its unusual sounding, but i like it, and it is built like a tank and i wont have to worry about pots. Thats my personal choice, but check out the Ibanez.
