Finally managed to snatch one in my favorite colour. Plays like a dream, sounds wicked after a pup swap. Stock pickups were nasty and gritty, cheap sounding. A shame they put those in such a wonderful instrument. Custom 5 bridge works really well in this guitar even in a band mix. (other guy using EMG's) The Jazz2N will be my neck pickup of choice for now.
I ordered it on the web and I know that with PRS you can safely do this. This is also because I never see these in a guitar store anywhere?! The neck description had me worried but wide thin is not really so wide and thin once I played it. It feels like a les paul neck to me. Fret job is outstanding, and set-up was perfect right out of the box.
Now I need to see where I can find some cream pickup rings because it's not easy to find drop in replacements!
