WEBER MINI MASS QUESTION?

Hi all~~ As for attenuaters, with all their good & bad, is this particular oddball RED model w/ the 3 band e.q. a decent one? I had Mini once, so I understand their shortcomings, but my Budda TwinMaster needs taming, and the Weber looks pretty flexible, and I assume it has their 'motor' technology inside,,,? 🤔

Thanks

Re: WEBER MINI MASS QUESTION?

Don't know anything about the "mini mass". I have the Weber "Mass lite" which works very well for an attenuator.

Re: WEBER MINI MASS QUESTION?

I had (have) one that I used with a 20 watt Jet City head that I had which was too loud for home use . I liked it, the treble boost was nice at keeping the amp from sounding dull, I've kept it around, but all I have are 1 or 5 watt heads now, so it's not been required. Overall I was happy with it.

Re: WEBER MINI MASS QUESTION?

Unless you're set-it-and-forget-it I would not enjoy moving 3 knobs every time I want to lower/raise the volume. How'd the mini mass treat you? I'm considering trying it out in place of my THD hotplate. It has treble boost but no bass compensation?
