Re: well I thought I had a new LP for $850...
i'm going to go back tomorrow and see if they still have it displayed with the $850 price tag on it... if they do i am going to come home with it or else cause a crazy scene. The price tag was a printed 1 that showed how much money you were saving, which was $2200 off of list price it wasn't a hand written tag. They only had 1 model and the same guitar was on sale for $1200 on their memorial day sale. I know the $850 LP is just something to get people in the door, they sale that 1 old stock guitar at a loss but make it up in other impulse buys from people who came looking for the LP. The only other decent deal i saw was a platinum SG for $600.
I was reading GC return policy on their website and it says that if you buy an item and it goes on sale within 30 days then they will give you back the diffrence. I was thinking of paying the full price and then going back on the 4th and get the diffrence back, the only problem with this is that I think the item has to be printed in a flier with the price listed. If they wont give me the diffrence than i would just return it for a full refund.
