What guitar are you playing today?

82 BC R BICH Supreme, purchased new , & modified thru the years , bridge pup Sd Distortion with A8 mag , neck SD jazz bridge , split for clean sounds , neck shave & left bare, grover locking tuners , was purple , had it painted Pearl white 3 wks after purchase ..

Oh no way! My lower back nerves get pinched and I stop feeling my left leg after about 45 minutes with that anchor hanging on my torso. Sound good though, so I do gig with it.
I have a heavier guitar that I use when the band does a festival set (usually an hour or so), as it is heavy enough that if I used it for 4 hours, I'd need 2 'recovery days' afterwards.
The irony of that is that I had neck surgery last year (car accident last year messed up C5-C7 and I have them fused with a plate/screws) and I find that bringing a guitar to work and even just letting it hang on my shoulder keeps me in a better position so my neck doesn't hurt at the end of the work day.

Sorry to hear about your accident. On a side note, where did you find a job that allows you to have your guitar strapped on all day?! I guess musician right?

Very nice. On and off I'm on the look out for these; I love the regular 540R but a normal trem is a bit more my jam these days. I'd like to fine the SSS version one day.
Those triple single coil 542r's are harder to find than my 442r. I was hoping Ibanez would have released the 3 single coil Soda Blue JS prototype he used back in 2010 during the Experience Hendrix Tour. I hope you do find one eventually. I really love the Radius/JS series, as they play so well IMHO.

The white one. EDIT: I guess Imgur links don't work anymore. It is a white Brian May guitar.

His instruments are *so* specific to him, that I'd have to be a huge fan to consider it. Come to think of it, I've never seen another guitarist perform with one- it isn't like EVH, where all kinds of people bought striped super strats.

IT systems administrator for a public school system. 🤪

I have my own office where I don't have to deal with kids, so I can just do my thing with all the servers/systems, integrations, web-based stuff, data management, and state reporting.

Picture please! I love biches

I used my favorite instrument, my blue Music Man for the whole show tonight. It has an Alnico II Pro in the neck, and Custom Custom in the bridge, and you can kinda see the neck is scalloped.

Got a visit from Ace and Mrs. Ace tonight, too.
