what is the weirdest thing you found inside a guitar?

Can't think of anything in a guitar, but had a rat's nest in an old Montgomery Ward Airline amp. Looked like from a mattress or cushion. Looked pretty comfortable. (Still have that amp.)

Also, here in Florida, cockroaches are pretty standard in any used amp or speaker cab. You clean it out in the driveway before ever bringing it into the house.
 
I found a condom in a bass amp once.

A tech found a bunch of panties and some heated motion lotion in one of my guitar cases.

But in a guitar? Just wires and such.
 
One of my friends lent out an amp for a show and had it returned with vomit inside. Musicians are gross.

I bought a used Guild acoustic guitar. Upon getting it home, I noticed it sounded like something was in the soundhole.
Shaking it around, I finally retrieved a pair of men's tidy whiteys inside.
I called the store I'd just bought it from and mentioned my "find" to the store owner.
"Oh yeah, that was my canoe trip guitar....you can keep those"

A luthier buddy of mine in New Zealand found out his archtop had gained a couple pounds while sitting on the guitar stand overnight. The grandkids had taken all the loose change from a bowl and put it in the F-holes. They probably had more fun putting them in than he did getting them back out.
 
ha! that is funny, and sounds like a fun game for young kids! but also a big pita to get cleared out.
