Hi I have this guitar since 1991, bought it new, Floyd Rose II, seymour duncan livewires ( the metal livewire in bridge is the most powerful pickup made ever, no cleans no matter what, a mid range monster!). The question is about heel access which sucks. It has this Kramer logo on the heel plate, I dont know if there is any value in keeping it original, I saw those go for sale for 300 USD, which is the value of the Duncans + the FR II + some wood 
, my point is, ok this my second guitar so it stays with me, but it is heavy 4.3Kg or so, and also heel ergonomics suck.
What should I do ? mod the heel access and make it beveled / contoured ? or live with is ... by looking at it ??? IMHO an unplayed guitar is not a guitar worth having.
