I don't really play in my bedroom, but I enjoy my Marshall Lead 12 with a Tube Screamer in front. Sounds shockingly close to a mini-JCM800.

Any of them; even my modded JTM45RI & '67 Fender Deluxe cranked.

I place the speaker cab (or combo) in... and run long speaker & mic cables from my home studio room to the bathroom.

Close the door, pad the bottom of the door with towels, check levels on the mic preamp and good to go. :laughing:

Barring that, I slave.

I guess I’m lucky that my wife lets me have the entire basement for my musical endeavors...

I’ve done no tube swapping on this one. In fact, I haven’t plugged it in since I bought it two months ago.

+1 this little amp is a power house, for such a small amp and the tones are impressive.

Soldano SLO modded with EL34s, slaved into SD PowerStage into a Greenback 1x12.

While I love technology and keep up with the latest (I invest in Bitcoin, for example), I just don't know if that sounds... right.

My "bedroom" (actually, living room -- I live by myself, so my guitars and amps can take over that room) amp is a Bogner TwinJet.

My living room is a loud place.

^Let me know how you like that. I was torn between that and the RD1. Ended up getting the Randall, but the Blackstar makes me curious still.

Will do! I would have liked either the RD1 or 5 myself, but the newer Randall stuff is really hard to source up here in Canuckland.

Mesa Mark V. Switchable wattage down to 10 watts and a master volume.
