When was the last year that Guild Bluesbirds were made?

Just wondering when Guild stopped making the bluesbird and why they stopped? Anyone know why?

i got mine in 2003, they officially stopped before 2004. my speculation about the stoppage is that they could be sued by gibson, even though they had that body style first with the aristocrat or something like that, completely hollow though. They are killer guitars and i wish they would still be in production, but fender has spoken.

well, the Bluesbird was an old model that was first produced in the 60s, so I doubt it was a legal problem
