I talked to Bruce Martinelli and had great service, a fast return confirmation of the exact model, fast shipment and email confirmations of everything.
I agree that local stores can suck for special orders. The online suppliers are there and I haven't seen the Cool Rails for sale around in any stores, so I'll be talking to the same store if my Jazz can't handle the ebony and I need something better to match the Grail. The Jazz is about the weakest humbucker out there. Hope it works. Probably beautifully.
