Where's a good place to buy tubes online?

Greetings all,

Well it's that time of year again, time to retube the ole' Deluxe reverb. Was wondering if anyone knows of a good place online to buy good quality tubes at a good price?

There are several good places depending on what you want. Bob @ www.eurotubes.com is great, but only sell's JJ's. Lots of folks love them in Fender amps for added warmth. Todd at www.revolutionguitar.com carries all of the major new brands, and comes highly recommended by folks here.

For NOS tubes, which I prefer, www.kcanostubes.com is my favorite.

Another vote for Bob at Eurotubes.

He does only sell JJ's but he listens to what you want tonally and cherry picks from what he has. Alot of other places just sell tubes; Bob actually knows the characteristics of the amps they're going into, listens to you describe how you would like the amp to sound and hand picks tubes from his stock that will give the amp those characteristics.

I've bought from Bob twice. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

He's local, so I can just swing on over & chat him up when I need something.
