heh, i doubt it bro
here's my typical day:
wake up at 7:15, have a smoke, get dressed, eat, comb the DA, have another smoke, go to school
come home from school at 3, check my mail & this board, eat again, play guitar for all of 10 minutes, get ready for work, leave for work at 3:45.
come home from work at 10 & well, how long i can play guitar all depends on how tired i wanna be the next day. needless to say i sleep a lot in school, heh

+1 for the POD xt Live.
Are you planning on gigging with this set-up? IF so, I'd be concerned about the V-Amp. It has a plastic housing and cheap jacks. I'd be afraid of something happening to it. POD's, on the other hand, have metal housing and reinforced jacks. The xt Live is the floorboard version, and can be had for $399.99. If you order from Sweetwater, they'll give you free shipping. i don't like digitech really
90% of the stuff they make sounds SO sterile, and while i am looking for a more modern, almost compressed tone at different times & for different things but they tend to sound a little...TOO fake

Why not find something simple and powerful instead??
Switching modeler tones is nice...but it is in the end a emulated sound, which can have its place, try a Fender Twin-amp 57, or a Marshall 1987 head, a Hiwatt DR504 is also very cool.
The Laney amps are also good stuff, they build them with top-notch parts, same with the Marshalls and Fenders I mentioned.

alright, i knew i shoulda given background on this
recently, i got really into AFI again, their guitarist uses a pod xt pro all the time, and gets a real...well it sounds fake but it sounds fake in a good way, then a friend showed me this like...hardcore techno band called atari teenage riot, and i got this...idea in my head to take my weird ass spazz rock to a different level & encorporate 3 different pedal boards, one with my modded BD-2 & an octave pedal, one with a ds-1, EQ, dd-6, tr-2, a wah pedal, a ps-5, and a white noise pedal, and then one with some sort of floor unit modeler, POD xt live seems to be that one...oh, and then 2 line selectors to switch between it all
so, as you can see, i don't actually WANT the amps or cabs being modeled, i want a modeler that can do them & sound...like a modeler, but still decent. Make sense?

Nothing personal against MF, but they're my THIRD choice when ordering. I try to go with Sweetwater first (because of the service), then I'll use AMS (good history with them). I have had no serious problems with MF; they just seemed to grow too fast for their own good. Sweetwater bends over backwards to ensure you are satisfied. And I'm at the age where service really matters to me.
