Just listening to 'Nobody's Fault' off Rocks, some of the sexiest wah ive heard. His tone on 'Love in Elevator' is also awesome.

Joe, Slash, Zakk Wylde (Pride and Glory mainly) and Jerry Cantrell are my main favourite guitarists.

I don't think that there has ever been a more diverse tone user out there like Tom Morello.

Every song he does is somehow different, but you can still tell that it is his style.

Neil Young, but his best tones sound like, well, I've read where somebody described it as a "Jet Engine in a Thunderstorm", Like a Hurricane, etc, or some of Ragged Glory, probably not for everybody but I just love the unleashed fury of it, not elegant but he gets his point across like nobody else.

I voted for Clapton, because he had so many great tones which could be applied to most anything. The Bluesbreakers/Cream tone of a Les Paul/SG through a distorted Marshall for Hard Rock, the Strat through tweed Fender for a bluesier tone. Next up is Jimi, because he's Jimi and had one of the greatest tones ever heard. Then Page, and then SRV. Others too, but those are the ones at the top of my list. Oh yeah, Jeff Beck is there too.

I voted Page because his tones always seem to "fit" the song so well, and some are pretty unique and awesome.

I'll have to disagree. Though I realive it's a part of their sound, I think if used by most other bands it'd just be awful.
