Who's tried the Alex Skolnick Duncans?

I don't see a lot of talk about these. They seem really interesting. Overwound JB/59 (I presume?) with RCA5 magnets? That seems like a winner combination.

So how are these and how do they compare to the JB/59?

I haven't tried them but I'm curious too! They've obviously gotta be hot and tight enough to handle Testament.

It might be okay for the modified '59. Weaker magnet and a bit more wind make it gets some guts to '59, i'm okay with it. For the JB? Winding it more for switching the inductance from 8-8,5H to >9Hs... Not sure about this. Yes, it is pure logic if you are playing Low by Testament while i am not playing in that band, you know
