That seems about right for a Tremoverb. I also think that their one of Mesa's best amps. Of all the recto designs, the Tremo gets my vote for being #1.

Yeah, they generally go for 1200 on average.

go for it...my recto-verb was 1200...and its only a 50 watt single recto style

Thats about going rate, maybe a bit less. I saw one around here for the same price. I woulda picked it up...but...that was 1100 that I didn't have

Yeah.
I'm pretty much in the same boat right now.
LOOOOOOONG story... I took an almost career ending $30,000 hit in January.
Haven't worked much since then & the pieces are only just starting to come back together now.
The attorney hasn't been able to help much as of yet...

Back in the day I had a Dual Rectumfryer, a '95 model with 6L6's and it was my main amp for several years. Really wanted the Trem-O-Verb but the head had been discontinued and the combo was WAY too damn heavy to move around so I bought a 'verbless head.
Kinda fell out of favor with it when the "flavor of the week" MTV-Warped-Clear Channel bands all started using them and I picked up the Rivera 'cause I needed a 'gig' amp STAT and the Boogie was tied up in sessions for the foreseeable future...
Lately I'm kinda missing the versatility of the Boogie, not that the Rivera is leaving me lacking, but seeing that used Trem-O a couple weeks back has me thinking then when the cash flow is back to positive or at least neutral I should track one down...
