Hello Pickup-Lovers,
I am from germany, so excuse my english.
Since a long time I wanted a nice Prog Metal axe, but I did not have the money to purchase a guitar from Skeversen or Mayones, so I decided to buy a cheap Fame Forum 3 used und upgrade it from time to time.
Last week I bought two Dimarzio Titans for it and I am very happy with them. Now I want to get rid of the boring 3 way-switch and I got a 5 way superswitch (rotary style) and also a push pull pot for volume and a normal 500k pot for the tone.
I added the important informations down below.
My problem now is, that I can solder but I really dont know how I have to solder the things together. Can I use the superswitch and also a push pull pot? I want a wiring like in the following video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=re16j7Iwbhc
Basically it is:
1. Bridge HB
2. N+B Parallel (outside coils)
3. N+B Series
4. N+B Parallel (inside coils)
5. Neck HB
And with the Volume Pot I want to split the Neck and Bridge for their own.
I hope I can achieve some tips from you, at the moment I am very confused .
Greetings from germany!
