LEAVE IT! It gives it "soul" and it definately looks cool especially on a strat. Somehting about fenders and being beaten up always looks nice.

Trust me when I say leave it....I have refinished quite a few ones...it never got really good.
Besides it looks nice as it is, just clean it up and play.

Hell no! Excellent worn-in vintage white feel, like Hendrix or someone. Keep it man! Refinishing isn't cheap either I bet.
