Re: WOW, check out this PRS MCCarty
PRS makes immaculate quality guitars. Own a few for several years, and you'll see it plain as day. After owning and messing with quite a few, I'm thinking that possibly the best PRS, in my opinion of course, would be a Rosewood necked McCarty with a Tonepros adjustable bridge, and matched with a set of Duncans that are perfect for your particular style. One of my very favorite sounding guitars is a teal black McCarty with a tonepros bridge and zebra Custom 5/59. I only wish it was a rosewood neck model. I'm not done dialing it in with Duncans, though. The C-5/59 sounds great, but I'd like to audition a lot more Duncans in it, to really stumble on tonal bliss. The McCarty is the top contender for Les Paul/Strat-like classic status, in my opinion. If you spend as much time dialing that guitar in, like you do a LP, strat, or frankenstrat, you start to see how great a guitar can be. The wood, construction, and overall tone is close to perfect on that model. Even the stock pickups sound great, but Duncans take it to a higher level.
