Texas Hot neck and middle SNS bridge here is AMAZING!! Listen to the tone - volume balance in this just WOW!! Already a BIG fan of the Texas Hots and was thinking doing a set with a hybrid in the bridge but after hearing this---.

Re: WOW may have to try this H/S/S set up!!

Lari is near untouchable though lol. She can make anything sound good.
Good player no doubt but that tonal and output match between the middle and the split SNS then the transition to the full SNS blew me away. Like that set up a LOT!
She already had a SNS clip with that guitar that I had heard and liked but the blend of the SNS and that Texas Hot middle WOW!

PS I play with a pretty well known Brazilian worship artist at times and bet they know of each other at the least as Lari is also a worship player. She has a lot of clips up of modern worship stuff.
Raquel Emerick is the girls name and she is engaged to a close friend of mine.

Re: WOW may have to try this H/S/S set up!!

Local conference with Raquel girl got PIPES!!! LOT of killer music coming out of Brazil right now!!

Right now? :scratchch

Brazil has consistently provided the world with excellence in music and artistry since early 1900s.

But's not your fault. Your neck of woods haven't been what it could be described as a "cultural oasis", I'm afraid.

Re: WOW may have to try this H/S/S set up!!

who made that strat, is my main question. Good tones, yeah, we know; Lari is great.

But that strat... I'm finding the headstock/fretboard transition (nut) very interesting.

But that strat...
Have you noticed the placement of the neck p'up, orpheo?

I couldn't find any video with that strat on the neck p'up with a clean setting... and I couldn't be more curious about the tonal outcome of that choice.

it's a 22 fret fretboard, so that singlecoil is practically in the right spot, as far as I'm concerned. it's moved upwards by just a few millimeters. I don't mind. I'm not a purist.

Buddy doubt there is a single area of the US that has had MORE impact in Music and the arts internationally than the Birmingham Alabama area. You have no clue of what and who came out of here and that is in comparison to LA Branson Nashville and others. There is a reason we flat owned the first 5 seasons of American Idol!
As far as Brazil know well the impact but in particular over the last 10 years have seen some really killer players and bands from there .

It's a Suhr and yes that neck pickup is setting right at the octave.

Yeah, I don't get this either. The neck is squared, rather than rounded, but the pup placement itself, looks completely normal. (Then again, I have old eyes.)

So who are you? Some nobody from tiny little craphole that you call a country?

Absolutely NOT a Suhr, buddy. Like, not even close.

This is a Suhr:

See the neck pickup? Doesn't sit next to the fretboard; there's a bit of pickguard between the fretboard and the pickup. Also, there's a serial number stamped in the neck of Lari's guitar, not on a Suhr. And the spacing of the dots on the 12th fret aren't the same as on a Suhr.

And the headstock is not a Suhr headstock:

Ergo: Not a Suhr.

@Artietoo: the neck pickup is moved a few millimeters towards the nut.

Got it and see it now. She is a Suhr endorser and thought I had seen that one and a Suhr headstock in another video guess I didn't look hard enough. Looks like it's a Kiesel Dulos and I should have caught it because there is a lot of chatter in the Carvin / Kiesel community about how she was spending a lot of time in the Kiesel booth at winter NAMM. The neck pickup is right were the 24th fret would be or at the octave on the Dulos the SN on the end of the fretboard and that headstock is spot on so--.
It's one of these

nop not that one either. Look: the Kiesel has a ledge of pickguard between the fretboard and the pickup: Lari's does not. Also, Kiesel uses Hipshot trems, Lari's doesn't (likely a Gotoh), and Kiesel doesn't have the serial number stamped on the 22nd fret. PG is totally different. You can see that very clearly.

So... No kiesel.

But I'm wrong and you're right!

It IS a Kiesel, but not (like) the one you posted.

Allright, that mystery is solved.

Kiesel has the Ghoto trem as an option and has a 22 or 24 fret option on the boards. I'm looking at a potential new build and talking to them so--. PS have 2 Carvins with SN stamped into the fretboard both with rounded bodies and no jackplates just like that. The Dulos also doesn't use the jackplate where they normally stamp the SN so it would be normal to have a SN stamped into the neck on a Carvin Kiesel.
Owned a "few" over the years and i should have caught that!
