As PoorMan said, it was a written agreement that the BB could not be sold "uninstalled" or never installed. Used is okay.

I am with Chaos on the profit motive, too. It was a one shot deal with SD/MJ, and we should not be abusing their generosity.

I think you're going to find that those who have the Brobucker are going to keep them. I have yet to hear any bad reviews of them and if my bros are anything like me, they wouldn't sell it even if they didn't like it (and I *do* love it!)
