Have any of you guys had any experience with the products from the above website. Looks like a cool potential project and nice price too. From the clips they don't sound half bad. Any input would be great.

Re: www.buildyourownclone.com

XSSIVE did a pretty sweet looking version of the TS808 from them. Do a search and you should be able to find it easily, because it wasn't too lng ago that it was posted.

Re: www.buildyourownclone.com

i built the tube screamer clone and i think it kicks ass. i'll probably order a few more this winter when i have more free time to put them together.

Re: www.buildyourownclone.com

I've done some pedals by ordering all the parts separately, and this guy's kits are a good deal for the price. He's got all the cool ones too. I think I'm going to get the delay if he still has it, 'cause there's not to many DIY delays out there, and his is very simple-looking and unique.

Re: www.buildyourownclone.com

I have been wanting another tremelo pedal for quite some time so I think I'll put together my own from this site. What a great idea for us guitar geeks!!!

Re: www.buildyourownclone.com

I've done the rangemaster clone. A few bumps in the road, but nothing too difficult. Biggest problem for me was that for some reason the 9volt battery didnt fit where it said to put it :smack: it's alright, i put it somewhere else. All in all, it's worth it, but it'll be a little while before I do another one. Definately worth checking out. Shredaholic has also built a phase 90 clone.

Re: www.buildyourownclone.com

I built the ranger clone from them about a week or two ago. Still have a few bumps left I think one or both of the capacitors is bad. I had some trouble with the battery as well I had to turn the adaptor jack 90 degrees after I had soldered all the wires to it. The tone though is awsome. When you turn it on it sounds like you moved a pill away from the front of your speaker.

Re: www.buildyourownclone.com

Hey Xssive - how'd you do the lettering
did you print out a decal on your computer and then clear coat the pedal
looks great!
