On the radius, a little higher action is where the tone is at. If you look at side shots of his guitars, the action is up from the top of the frets, and not super low like most shredders go for. Remember he uses .008's and tunes flat! It's very easy to play and I find the vintage radius suits arpeggio shapes well, even fast stuff because you're moving across the board, like playing chords. It fits the hand.
I'd like to try a YJM, but decided to go with an Injector first. I got it wired up yesterday and gonna finish it up tomorrow. Today, it's Sunday and I don't touch my guitar!
