You don't get your hands on one of these very often...

Desert RATT
One of my regulars popped round to collect his Tele (the one with the nect backbow) earlier this evening and dropped off another case with something in it. I seem to recall him mentioning a bass a few weeks back that he needed looking at. As I was eating when he arrived, I put the case down and went back to my meal, forgetting all about it. I just opened the case a few minutes back and this is what was in it...

The strings are miles off the deck, but it shouldn't take too much effort to clean it up and sort it out - looks way cool though.

Looks like a Gibby to me.

Otherwise that is one really kickass Epiphone.

How high are the strings? I actually like high action with basses. Is it like normal "high action" or just "stupid high" from not having a setup period recently?

Re: You don't get your hands on one of these very often...

It is a Gibson and the work needed is just what you'd expect from a bass that needs a good setup. It's playable, just, but it could be a hell of a lot better.

Screw barts, Seymour makes better bass actives

Passive Barts can shake the room.

Has Reggie seen that green machine yet?
