I'm mixed on the investment value -
It's a Martin, so it'll retain much of its value. And there's only 14, so it's got to be one of the rarest ones ever. So in 100 years, will it be remembered for its rarity?
I'm betting that, sadly, no. It won't be remembered. It'll be forgotten forever. In 100 years, somebody will list 1 of the 14 on eBay's future equivalent, and people will say "what the hell is this?" It might fetch a fair price, but taking inflation into account and its relative obscurity, I don't think it'll ever reach the status the price-tag would want you to believe.
