I mainly switch between the Carlsbro and Orange amps with either a 1x12 or 2x12 cab, depending on my mood, the length of set my band is playing and how much stage space there is :D

Re: Your #1

Since the day i traded my Crate Blue Voodoo for my Blues Jr. I haven't looked back once. It's a great amp. (picture in my signature).

Re: Your #1

I do not have any # 1 amp, since I generally play two amps at once, sometimes three for effect.

However, I played the break from Layla in a rather quite mode to demonstrate the sonic properties of Edana. (Recorded with a Shure SM57 placed about 6 feet away from the speaker and into a Sony mini CD player)

My #1 is my Frontman 25. It's for all intents and purposes the only amp I have.

Needless to say, it's headed to the classifieds and I'm buying a

Re: Your #1

The more I listen to Edana the more I like it, can I push it hard with something into heavy gain like Randy Rhoads did with his JTM45s or maybe like YJM? I think could be a very nice complement to my Laney AOR.

Re: Your #1

I've got two #1s. Ny #1 small combo/recording amp is a 65 Univox U45B. My #1 big amp is a 73 Marshall 50 watt.

Re: Your #1

Nice clip Stratman. Loved it.

So you're in Charlotte now? We need to get together for brews sometime.

That cherry cab just sticks out and immediately makes me sit up and take notice every single time. I'm like "there's my amp!" but then I realize that it's the same inside, but a smidge different on the outside. It's jarring almost like seeing pics of someone snuggled up to you're wife's twin sister.

Re: Your #1

Jeff Seal Modded Marshall JCM800. I've had it about 5 months I guess. Great cleans and the dirty channel is to die for!

Re: Your #1

My #1:
Clean - 2005 H&K Edition Tube 20
Dirty - 1988 Marshall JCM2555 into a 1970s Marshall 1982B cab; soon to be replaced with an Ear Candy Buzz Bomb.

Pics will be coming once I get the EC.

Reminds me of that old joke -

Man's in court wanting a divorce from a twin. Judge asks why when he was only married for a couple months.

Man explains that by mistake he slept with the twin...

AND that's why he wants the divorce.

Yea, we'll get together and play some tunes and down some beer.

WOW -
That sounded just like a pretty girl saying "yes". Your tone and phrasing are gorgeous. Can you elaborate a little more on your recording technique?
Thanks
