Way to bring it back Fuse. I was thinking about doing the same, never got around to it. STill have the Marshall, still learning tricks of the amp.

crunch: vol-5/6 gain-3/4 (I engage the button for more of a boost but have gain real low so it doesnt break up and stays clean)

Unfortunately I can't afford to keep hold of all my gear, I had to sell my TSL 601 to pay for my JTM45.

Yeah, I'm very happy with my choice. I'd have liked to have kept the TSL, but I just don't have the means to afford them both. I had the TSL for 7 years and it's been fantastic, but playing it next to the JTM highlighted just how dark and compressed it was. Plus I was only using the clean channel and getting my drive tones from my pedalboard, so it was being wasted really.Originally posted by mwalluk View Post

I really tried liking the DSL/TSL line, but I found the gain channels to be buzzy unless the amp was cranked and the cleans to be sub-par at best. Got a Rivera, never looked back.Ain't nothin' but a G thang, baby.Comment
