I just won a bid for a Dimarzio 36th Anni humbucker and my question is this: I would like to be able to split the humbucker for a single coil tone but I have never wired a guitar using push-pull pots. I have it presently wired using 2 different caps and I would like to retain it, if possible...

The original caps that came in my PRS SE SC are starting to sound scratchy. Yes, I know I could use contact cleaner but I'm going to do a complete re-wire. Has anyone here used something other than a 500K with a P-Rail?

By this I mean, how much further in time can you age a magnet and still get a usable pickup? Mr. Duncan has stated that he can Degauss or manipulate the magnetic field in a magnet to simulate wear after a certain amount of years and this is after all what an Antiquity is about right? Anyone...
