The first thing that came to mind is Roope Latvala. He's in COB, and plays Jacksons. But yeah, that is a customer designed inlay.

Actually Roope Latvala plays ESP too nowadays, and has been for some time.

His signature ESP is called the random star. It looks like a Charvel Star with a Kramer-style banana headstock.

that is correct borntoshred, and as far as i know alexi isn't in COB anymore? and hasen't been for awhile, where did i hear this?

WTF?!? Alexi is still in CoB. You must have confused him with Alexander Kuoppala, who was their second guitarist before Roope Latvala.
